Every order starts with a personalization inquiry, then quantity and deadline review, artwork and name list checks, and an item and print method quote. A digital proof is shared before production so the approved layout can be reviewed first.

We work with small batch orders from five to one hundred items, with production usually taking five to ten business days once files, materials, and quantities are confirmed. Availability of blank items can affect the schedule, so final timing depends on stock and studio capacity.
Collection and local delivery are available within eMalahleni. Orders can be placed by email, file upload, or contact form, and payment is available by card or bank transfer.
